Our platform enables clients to have access 24/7 via the ‘Debtnet’ portal enabling them to view their accounts, provide instructions and have direct contact with our debt recovery specialists managing the file. 

Our bulk management technology enables us to provide processes for large volumes of accounts referred for activity. Bulk management options available are through telephone, SMS, email and letter management activity.

For quality assurance and compliance, all of our telephone calls are recorded. Our bulk telephone management enables calls to be directed by the recipient to accept call, request a call back and make a payment.
